Our specialty is polenta cooked on a wood fire that can be enjoyed with excellent meat, or au gratin, with eggs, mountain cheese or gorgonzola.
We also have a wide selection of local products, from charcuterie to cheeses from our valleys and mountains.
On request we organize special menus for your events (birthdays, weddings, group lunches or dinners).
